From Guadalajara to Tampa, One Chef's Vision
Chef Tisbeth Mejia was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, the birthplace of Mariachi and Tequila. She brought those roots with her when she opened Catrinas Tacos and Tequila Bar in Tampa in 2012, and every dish she serves carries a piece of Jalisco with it.

Every Tuesday, every taco is $2.50. It's been that way since the beginning, and it packs the house every week.

Great food! Served and cooked by Catrina herself! Amazing! We had the best coconut mojitos, which Catrina makes with all natural ingredients. Nothing artificial at all. We had a burrito, quesadilla, homemade chips and salsa. Really delicious food and highly recommend! 🩷
